    Question bt3 start up

    does anyone know of a good ftp server for bt3
    i have just installed to my hard dive how can i make bt3 start a server on start up?
    is there any way to log root on on start up aswell?

    You could consider using ssh (scp) for file transfers.

    Take a look at the /etc/rc.d directory. Specifically for network servers, look at /etc/rc.d/rc.inet2 .

    Need more information. In text mode (console) or XWindows mode? They require different methods. Text mode would require modifications to /etc/inittab and XWindows mode would require configuration changes dependant on which X server you are using.
