(note. I tried making a thread in how to's but it says I had insufficient Permissions)

This Guide assumes you are using
Backtrack 5 r1 Gnome 32bit. installed onto the Latitude d620 HDD.

Once you install Backtrack 5 onto your laptop's HDD and log in.
The first thing you will want to do is install "Synaptic Package Manager"
To do this open up your "Terminal" (its the little black box to the right of "System" if you didn't know) and type

apt-get install synaptic
Once that is installed Close the Terminal by Pressing "Alt + F4"

Now Click on "System" then "Administrator" and click on "Synaptic Package Manager"

Once it opens up. Click on the "Reload" button then click on the "Mark all upgrades" and then click "Apply"

A window will pop up giving you a summary of all that will be Downloaded and installed onto your laptop. Click "Apply"
You will then download around 600 MB of files for your Laptop.
one of those files allows your laptop speakers to Work. - - - - - -Yey! Rejoice.

Download the Driver.

{Automatically it should download into your ROOT folder. if it does not, just place it there.}

Press CTRL + ALT + DELETE and Restart your Laptop.

Once you Log into your Root Account. type
(if you think you might forget the next step Just write on a piece of paper. "sh NV" and remember to press TAB after NV then press ENTER)
Please remember that NV has to be capitalized
sh NV
Press the button "TAB" on your keyboard so it autofills the word. =]
Then Press "Enter" and Run the Installation

Once the installation is Complete type "startx"

As soon as your Environment Loads.
Click "System" Then "Preferences" Then "Monitors"

You will receive an Error. Saying
It appears that your graphics driver does not support the necessary extensions to use this tool. Do you want to use your graphics driver vendor's tool instead?
Click "Yes"

A window will pop up "Nvidia X Server Settings"
in this window go to "X Server Display Configuration" and change your Resolution from 1028x768 to 1280x800.
