Ehlo, i'm on a big can I install GNOME (with or without KDE3) and keep with the 'Backtrack' menu.

My machine isn't the best one, so KDE runs slowly. The GNOME interface runs a thounsand ways better than KDE, but when I install it and reset the graphical system (crtl+alt+backspace) and enter in GNOME interface, the menu Backtrack just disappears

Anyone had a solution to this question?
