    Default Ethernet adapter probs

    hi all,

    i have backtrack 3 on usb

    my ethernet adapter cannot get an ip address when i start the backtrack, when i boot from win it works everything ok,

    backtrack finds the ethernet adapter but it does not give him an ip

    i tryed to do "netconfig" command and still nothing, and the adapter is enabled and its showing that is reciving packets when i type ifconfig

    i tryed with another adapter and its the same problem

    what should i do ?
