Trying to download bt4-final.iso for the past 4 or 5 days, and still
could not make a proper completed download, I have all the major
programs that can help me with this task but so far, all I got was
broken links or broken downloads, thanks.

torrent + FDM (Free Download Manager (win32) (and restartable/recoverable (most of the time - rare bugs))) worked just fine for me a couple of days ago.
Got it.
A minute or two after I posted this thread the download link in this site went from:
20 <-> 10 kbs download time (1 day to download)
to:
200kbs <-> 400kbs download time (1 hour to download).
