Default This might be a little advanced for the noob area...

Hi all, it's taken me awhile but I've got airsnarf working 100% on my eeepc, I just have two things I'd like to change and ask

    1. The only way to see the html page is by visiting the default gateway, is there a way that the page shows up even if a user types in a web address for example (at the moment they get nothing unless they go to 192.168.1.1).

    2. Is it possible to forward requests? Say you have airsnarf setup, someone puts the username and password in the address, from that point is it possible to provide them with full on internet access (I dont think it would be but thought I'd ask anyway).

    Thanks all, its been awhile

    Default adjust the dns settings

seeing as it states that despite the clients dns setting and dns queries will go directly to you, just script in something that returns the 192.168. etc value to them despite whatever they type in

I got it working, the python script was botched.

I tried doing it through iptables which also didn't work, thanks anyway
