    Default tcpdump and payload

Hello, does anyone know how to keep only the payload with tcpdump.
I have searched options in the man, but I juste can remove some details of the header, but I can't remove all the Header to keep only the payload.

    Do you have an idea?

I am reading it from a pcap file, but I am not writing it in a file. My goal is to send the playload to thunderbird in the Inbox file.
