hmm, maybe add:
/opt/nessus/sbin
to your ld.so.conf file?
remember to run ldconfig after saving it.

I'm still stuck also. It seems the Deamon doesn't even load properly. It's not anything to do with the cert.
Anybody have any other suggestions? I'm on a sinking ship....
