Thanks a lot to the BT3 team for developing this, I just got it set up on my USB drive and it looks great, unfortunately I have already run into major problems!
When I go to load the IPW3945 driver from the menu, it says "cannot find IPWRAW driver". It says the same thing if i try to load the IPWRAW driver, so I'm assuming that the IPWRAR driver doesnt work and that the IPW3945 link links to the IPWRAR driver instead of the IPW3945 driver.
I tried searching on my drive for the IPW3945 driver but was not able to find it. Any help at all would be appreciated! By the way, in BT2 everything was fine.

Hi,
did you do an airmon-ng?
You have an iwl3945 now for wlan0..................
Don't eat yellow snow
the intel 4965 AGN wlan card won't work too, i guess. it will only work when the drivers of intellinuxwireless.org are included. same thing with iwl3945. try to download and install the drivers from the address i just wrote and give a new status report, please![]()
plz if somebody knows if that card works ok and can make injection in bk3
with no drivers??
if there any extra commands for that a post would be great!![]()
Experiences on my notebook:
sniffing is ok, but while injecting the desktop freezes.....
you should dl the drivers (see post above)

is there any chance this will work for the HP DV9000 version of the Ipw3945 .. seems like people lost all hope of getting it to work.
are the drivers from intellinuxwireless.org included or do we have to install them on ourselves? on my macbook with bt2 i had to install the new madwifi-ng drivers to make injection work... i will try later if my macbook with atheros chipset works. on sunday i can try if the 4965 card works, too.
i'll post the outcome...
4965 does not work out of the box, the driver appears to be installed but no wireless networks show..
hm.... i guess we have to reinstall the driver with the mac80211 subsystem from the postes url. in debian i managed to make the card work so it has to work in bt3, too. can anyone do a "uname-'r'" in the shell to see which kernel is used in bt3?
im using kernel 2.6.23 on amd64-platform and it works.
