saving .cap files to a usb thumb drive

Hi. First of all M5Rk here.. and I want to thank you all for all the guides and how-to's. Im learning a lot from you guys Just one newbie question. I am using EEEPC BT3 and my HD only has 4gb, is there a way to save all my .cap to a SD Card or a thumb drive? thanks again.

when you save the file in airodump for example just provide the full path

airodump-n -w /mnt/sbd/new.cap or whatever
