I would like to know how to decrypt the encrypted password wich is send to "live.com" or something like else.

Yes it works because I could not read it, most others probably could not read it either.
Probably want to look at the rules when you are trying to discuss this type of info here.
As far as the encryption then maybe it would be smart to tell us what type it is and then maybe when can tell you if that type is good to use or not.
