    Default Looking for an experienced Linux user

    Hi, im not sure if this is the right place but i am looking for an experienced linux user who can help me set up my Linksys WUSB54GS on BT3.

    Can you give us more info such as "lsusb" or "lspci" outputs
    in the interim you can also have a look at this thread here:

    seems there may be some mixed results.

    also at the prompt type "ifconfig rausb0 up", then "iwconfig rausb0 mode monitor" see if that gives anything.

    ok, i have tried both commands and both give me an error - ifconfig rausb0 up gives "rausb0: ERROR while getting interface flags: No such device" and iwconfig rausb0 mode monitor gives "Error for wireless request "Set Mode" (8B06) :" "SET failed on device rausb0 ; No such device." however, when i goto System>system information>USB devices, i can see the linksys there. It is USB and it is connected through a usb cable.
