    Use Netcat
    "\x74\x68\x65\x70\x72\x65\x7a\x39\x38";

    Use FTP from the hacked box
    "\x74\x68\x65\x70\x72\x65\x7a\x39\x38";

    I have used tftp from a hacked xp box back to backtrack many times. I even do it in one of my videos. I know it works. You start the server in bt and run the tftp command from the xp box. Remember port 69 and /tmp is your home directory for tftp on bt.
