Hello All! TheShade has appeared. I'm New and I'm ready to go!.....but I have no Idea where to start .So far I only read the earlier posts and stickies in the newbie area, and I have BT3 and BT2 ready to be booted from pendrives, also after some research I found a way to boot BT2 off of a pendrive without having to reboot and stuff. I'm famillar with linux but I feel at home with WindowsXP (Never will use Vista again ). Anyway, I don't exactly know what to do to get started, seeing as there are numerous things you can do with BT.It's kinda overwhelming . So my questions are
What do I do now? and If anyone here is an Ethical Hacker or a person specializing in Internet/Networking security. Here is a question towards you guys or girls. Did I take the right step in becoming an ethical hacker? What do I need to learn to be one?

If you are worried about your parents getting mad then maybe you should explain to them what you are wanting to do, that way the will understand and allow you to use the computer for more than 12 minutes.

Then it might be better suggested you go to college and later on come back to pentesting. It's not going anywhere anytime soon.
