postgreSQL has been a real pain in the ass with BT
I would suggest using sqlite.
Hello, thank you to all involved in the creation/maintenance of this great tool.
I've downloaded and installed BackTrack2 to a virtual machine and tried some of the features of it and so far so good.
My problem is that after i run the unicornscan pgsql script and firefox opens up it says that "The page isn't redirecting properly", i tried using konqueror and i get the erro "Found a cyclic link in ...." i know that postgresql is running because i can scan something with -e pgsql switch.
Anyone has any info that can help me? I've also tried it booting directly from the livecd and not an HDD install and it doesn't work either.

I would suggest using sqlite.
Is there any howto or some guide on how to set it up with sqllite?
The weird thing is that the Sql part works since unicornscan will insert into the DB and dont give any errors, is the frontend part that is not working.
Do you know of a howto or some instructions on using sqllite?
The weird part is that the unicornscan binary can write to the postgresql DB, its the frontend that's having the issue.
Try this: http://www.sqlite.org/docs.html
And then there is this one:

good luck
