About the only "legal" wifi jammer for civilians ATM is a microwave oven and cordless / cell phones. But like Thorn mentioned, it becomes illegal when you use them as "means" to intentionally jam the signals.

Why not just build a faraday cage and put it in your room? Hell just make faraday wallpaper type stuff and go nuts.
To jam, the wifi interface, maybe it is possible to "pollute" the wifi environement.
For example sending all over the room datas or broadcast packets.
I know that when I am watching some videos and downloading programs or other things (legaly I mean) My AP just freeze, and I have to reboot to make it work again.
It could be possible to dio the same exact thing no?
