    Another reason I was surprised when I found this list of tools was because there were some stuff on BT that I didn't even know were there until I saw the list. (I usually just start Fluxbox and right click for the menu, but not all the programs appear in the menus.)

    Thats because alot of those programs are started from the command line

    Is there some sort of directory that has these programs organized in subdirectories and has them all listed?

    Well, assuming I'm on terminal only with no browser access, is there any other way to list them
