H@x0rf13d Dark Firefox Theme with Dark Google Web and Image Search

I thought it was about time to share something a little more than just some friendly advice or some related link.

Intro:

Firstly, I enjoy the dark theme of the remote-exploit website. Most importantly it is easy on the eyes.
This Firefox theme and Google css script also helps to achieve a similar effect.

I did not create these so I take no responsibility for any adverse effects that most likely will not occur.

At the same time, I use and have used these this in BackTrack and windoze and have never had a problem.

I am going to try keep this as simple as possible so everyone can enjoy.

If you don't like the Firefox theme and you like the Google script, or visa versa. that's fine as well.


The Firefox Theme

There are a few dark Firefox themes available but the one I've been using lately is NASA Night Launch.
You can install the theme from here :
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/4908

Note: If you don't like that theme you can use whatever theme you prefer.

Once the NASA Night Launch theme is installed, make sure the theme is enabled in the Firefox Menu
under "Tools" --> "Add-ons"--> "Themes".

Restart Firefox and it should now look something like this:






The Dark Grey Google Search

Firstly install the "Stylish" Firefox extension from here:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2108

Once installed make sure the Stylish add-on is enabled in the Firefox Menu
under "Tools" --> "Add-ons" --> "Extensions"

Restart Firefox

Now follow the instructions from here:
Google Web Search - dark gray redesign (vC)

If you want to try the Dark Google Image Search as well then you can also follow these instructions:

Now that that's done

Restart Firefox and your Google will now look like this.





That's it... enjoy giving your eyes a well deserved rest
