3rd i've done everything right burning the cd, it works on another computer
perfectly.
Ok now to the meat!
My computer: Acer Aspire 3680 Vista home basic.
intel GMA 950 video
My problem: I boot the bt2 livecd and it gets to the "boot:" menu I type in bt (and tried numerous other things), then it starts the 2 things and quickly pops up Ready and BLANK SCREEN! the drive runs for another 5 seconds and thats all folks.
Anyone?
also umbuntu works on my computer in livecd format
and bt3 and bt2 on thumb drive works on other comp

woops one thing that might help that i forgot to add is: Ubuntu works as a livecd on my computer.
Also I tried using the usb version and bt3 and nada but both copies worked on other computers.

making sure you don't miss anything.
