First thanks to anyone who can help.
Second I've done my best to search through these posts.
3rd i've done everything right burning the cd, it works on another computer
    perfectly.

My computer: Acer Aspire 3680 Vista home basic.
    intel GMA 950 video

My problem: I boot the bt2 livecd and it gets to the "boot:" menu I type in bt (and tried numerous other things), then it starts the 2 things and quickly pops up Ready and BLANK SCREEN! the drive runs for another 5 seconds and thats all folks.

also umbuntu works on my computer in livecd format
and bt3 and bt2 on thumb drive works on other comp

I'm not sure Why don't you try bt3 and see if it does the same thing.

You could try to use some cheatcodes found in the Wiki

Default One thing I forgot to add

woops one thing that might help that i forgot to add is: Ubuntu works as a livecd on my computer.
Also I tried using the usb version and bt3 and nada but both copies worked on other computers.

    Try the
    Code:
    bt acpi=off
Before pressing ENTER after boot : type that command and then press enter.

    Yes, that may work

If that doesn't work, the best thing I can suggest is going through Re@lity's instructions
making sure you don't miss anything.
    Sticky: BackTrack CD won't boot???
