Is there an antivirus tool on BT that I can use to scan an NTFS partition and remove anything it finds?
can you not just mount the NTFS volume on winblows? i dont want to divert from what backtrack is and what it is for, but i know its not for that

Maybe try an online virus scanner

and if you copy something over to *nix isn't kind of pointless to worry about a virus?

Failure to do so will probably get your threads deleted or worse.
Nothing on BT as far as I know but you can try installing AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition 7.5 for Linux and see if that serves your purpose.
You can also try looking here for a possible solution.
