I am working on a paper involving tracking people via the internet. I am looking for some respectable sources on the topic. Right now it is a pretty broad topic and I am looking to cut it down after finding more information about it. Anything from internet predators to fbi tracking criminals.

Not 100% what your after but in bt3 i believe look for maltego/paterva, more for scanning in general to people but it has returned a few results for me (namely people that have used pgp if I understand it correctly)
