rtl8187 V1 + rtl8225z2 removing rtl8225z2

I've been having a problem with my alfa where it connects to an access point and after 4-5 webpages it decides to disconnect. When i run the LIVE version of BT3 it doesn't load rtl8225z2 drivers alongside the rtl8187 and it works perfect!!!!!. But when i've update the kernel to the latest one it loads rtl8187 V1 + rtl8225z2 to be used with my alfa and thts where the problem i think lies.

I think i've got two options:

1. Uninstall the rtl8225z2 (Which i don't really know how to do).
2. Try and install the latest patch for my rtl8187.

Doe's anyone have any suggestions? I really need help as i cannot use my ALFA :-(
