This is been caused by the well known "PEBKAC" issue.
On most Dell Laptops "F12" after boot will bring up the "Select Boot Device Menu".

So obviously you didn't follow any of the advice given here first then, or even bother to do any research BEFORE posting this question.
Next time do some research FIRST and THEN ask your question, giving as much detail as possible.
Oh and change the boot order.

the md5 checksum is correct, the disk was burnt at the slowest speed and the disk is a CDR. . .
The problem is some were in the BOIS . . . but i wanted a quick tip before I enter the BOIS. . .
Because they have seen the same question with the same solution time and time again, and that anyone who had followed that advice and done the research would have found numerous questions asking exactly the same thing along with the same solution.
