router wep password

hello.

I have a router that´s configured with a wep encryption password.
Whe I execute the Wireless Assistant, he asks me a WEP Key.
My question is: ¿how can i put in my password so I can conect with
my router?
Or is there any way to figure out my WEP key?

Use your browser to go to the below addresses, when prompted for the password enter your default password, refer to your router manual for this.

192.168.1.1 or 192.168.1.20 or 192.168.0.1 <--- these are some defaults I've encountered.

depending on your brand it will differ.

If i am interpreting your post right, you are asking how you can configure your wireless assitant to use the wep key.. You can just left click on the network and click configure, then go to security and enter the key.
