Can you tell me how to use this file with aircrack-ng? I unzipped starterlist.zip and hatelist.zip but those are not same format as the text file in wpalist.zip. Do I need to convert it? Thank you in advance.

Depends on what the format of the files is? I do not remember this by hearth, but unless they are compressed multiple times the resulting files should be ready to use in aircrack-ng. Have you actually even attempted to use them yet?

There is most likely nothing wrong with the file you downloaded. If I remember correctly the file has some obsolete lines of html code and other gibberish in the beginning as a result of generating the wordlist by parsing webpages, but you can easily delete these lines, using for example cat or sed, to get a clean wordlist. Even if you do not opt to do this the file should work fine in programs like aircrack-ng.
