Default Multiple OS's and Partition info, Please!

Ok guys, i know your going to laugh at me for this one, but im going to ask anyway.

I am using Windows Vista Ultimate and Linux Mandriva Power pack 08' on the same system and have had no issues with them (yet). Also i have been using the Backtrack Final cd. just booting off the cd, everything works good and no major issues. But now i have decided that i really like Backtrack and want it on the hard drive. So what is the best way of going about this? Should i just create another partition and install it there? Can i install it in the same partition as my other Linux OS? or should I just continue to use the cd (Please no)? or should i just install the packages that i want into Mandriva?

    Any suggestions will be helpful.

Make a fresh partition and install BT there.

Then, edit whatever bootloader you're using (Mandriva=Grub?) to add BT to it.

You can't install it "into" your Mandriva partition.
Installing all the packages into Mandriva would be a pointless nightmare, imho, when you already have them rolled up into BT

    Good luck
