Hopefully this is the correct spot to post this

I am trying to get BT3 working in ESX just to play with it and it hangs on "looking for data directory" for like 20-30 minutes, then it finally gets past that is now stuck at validating 1.0.. (cool start up screen though!)

Any ideas what would be hanging it up? I am running it as "other 32bit linux"... all other settings are default VMWare settings.
