Troubles with installing BT3 to a bootable SD card
OK well ive just downloaded the usb version of BT3 and am trying to make my sd card bootable
when i try to run ./bootinst.sh i get a permission denied error at line line 48
whats weird is that im logged in as root
if u cbf looking it up line 48 is
./boot/syslinux/lilo -S /dev/null -M $MBR ext
im very new to linux so i hope the resolution will be easy to follow :P
well, usb instructions are tucked away politely on the wiki:

There's a few files you'll need to make executable first - lilo, syslinux, etc - it's all in the forum

You have to make sure the two copied folders boot and bt3 are in the root of the card that you are copying them to.Originally Posted by TheRealShyft

Navigate to and double click on the \boot\bootinst.bat (make sure you are on the thumbdrive before you run it !
