customer charset in jtr

Hello,

I have searched the forums for an answer and only found a partial answer. How can I tell john to only use certain letters when cracking a password? For example I want john to crack my password using the character set ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPRSTUVWXYabcdefghijklmnoprstuvwxy
Note no Q or Z
The partial answer I found to edit the [List.Rules:Wordlist] but I haven't figured out exactly what to change.

you want to run an incremental scan (-i) and feed it a custom charset file that you generate (without your Q or Z).
