problem with INPROCOMM IPN 2220
i have an old acer travelmate 2200 with wireless built in, INFRACOMM IPN2200 , i've been using pcmia cards and usb dongles for a while till, i saw this when i typed lspci,

I know that the RTL-8139 series of chipsets does work, well they have done for me without problems, but I have heard that they are notoriously sketchy under linux.
I seem to remember a thread in the forum somewhere talking about this.

As for inprocomm, I don't think you will get much chance for it to work as there are no developments for such an old card + propriatory chip layout. Maybe you might be lucky with ndiswrapper but don't expect for things like monitoring and injection.
