    Default GPSD in BT3

    Folks, any assistance with BT3 and GPSD install would be appreciated.

    I have tried to comiple GPSD with BT3 and it is throwing up errors in BT3.

    Any ideas ot tutorial around for BT3 ?

    Remove space from those two links after http!!

    First add this to your /etc/slapt-get/slapt-getrc
    Code:
    SOURCE=http ://darkstar.ist.utl.pt/slackware/addon/slacky/slackware-12.0
    Save the file

    Then at console run
    Code:
    slapt-get --update
    After it's updated, run
    Code:
    slapt-get --install gpsd
    That should do it. If yours slapt-get is broken (update failed) then go here and look seventh post.
