yet ANOTHER bump![]()
I'm trying to get into bluetooth snarfing (saw a few vids on it and it seems like something fun to learn). I can get the MAC of my phone's bluetooth, however whenever I try to connect, I look on my phone, the bluetooth turns off, then abck on and I'm not able to connect.
Is it a security feature on my phone? I have a Treo 700w with verizon wireless. I'm assuming that's what it is unfortunately, but I'm hoping it isn't
I get this message most of the time
Cannot open '/dev/rfcomm0': Connection reset by peer
this is kinda stupid, but do people connect to the phone, or the headset itself? When I tried, I didn't have my BT headset with me, I was just trying to connect to the phone itself.
EDIT: ok I forgot earlier to change my class to phone instead of computer. I did that and here is my output now
bt ~ # bluebugger -a xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx -m LOL
bluebugger 0.1 ( MaJoMu | www.codito.de )

i have this problem too
Cannot open '/dev/rfcomm0': Connection refused
>>>>>>>>>>>>is anyone know??
The answer is in your posts guys...
The connection was reset by the device. Probably means that the device has rejected your connection.Originally Posted by unlazyfree
