What is a Recommended wireless card for Kismet?

I am thinking about buying a Netgear WG511T card for my laptop.

is this a good choice for me? I have a brand new Dell Inspiron with 1.8ghz processor, blah blah blah.

Just looking to use whatever I buy
for Exclusive use with Kismet in Backtrack2/3. I (unfortunately) use Windows XP as my regular OS, so the card needs to be compatible with both OS's, and (obviously) needs to be able to be put into RF monitor mode.

Any help would be massively appreciated!!!

The easiest way is to buys a cheap Atheros Card - These are cheap and would work well in monitor mode.
