    Default Problems with Ubiquity installer

    Hello all--

I've downloaded the final version (VM) and had no problems getting onto the internet, but when I try to partition the drive(with the automated installer) it gives me an error like i need to write changes to disk before i can proceed. Tried both 2 guided options and the third (custom) and none of them worked.

They each had the same stalling point:

Getting to the final screen listing what will be installed and partitioned but the INSTALL button is grayed out. I cannot click it. I'm not sure if this is something I'm doing wrong or others are having the same problem.

I have tried partitionng the disk and it seems there is only 1 partition and that is sda1, no other partitions exist.

I wonder if its something with VMWARE, not sure, but still need help.
