Bruteforcing is not, or at least should not, be used for cracking WEP keys, so there is hardly any need for a cluster of several computers to crack one key....useing your laptop to brute force some password (wep...) will take time

i can make some kind of 'small' distributed system ...i guess
...is there a way to do it in 'easy' steps with bt3 ...what tools,
that will do just for this kind of goal ??

I don't know about the validity or necessity of using it to crack a WEP key () but BT supports JtR network cluster booting.............
I had thought to use a small cluster to break WPA encryption. I didnt know there was functionality built into backtrack for distributed computing o.0 Ill have to look around a little. I currently have a small cluster (hadoop) but really have no idea how to go about applying it toward anything but basic grep functions :S Anyone have any experience with distributed computing, cuz im really at a brick wall here. Id love any input anyone might have.
