How to change home directory

Hey guys, first off I'd like to say I am a complete noob at linux/backtrack. I've been searching all over for a way to change my home directory to a different location. What I'm trying to do is change my home directory to my usb's second partition. If anyone could be of some help it would be greatly appreciated.

But considered BackTrack is based on Ubuntu.
