On my work has been installed filter, so i can't visit some sites, i tryed use google translate, i tryed use windows help for serfing (yes, its possible), proxys blocked, is it impossible to deceive this filter?

There probably is a way be why would you want to do that? So you can get fired? Well it doesn't matter because we will not help you with this.
There is a reason your company has this filter. My guess is they want you to actually work when you are there, instead of surfing the interwebs looking for pr0n and lolcatz.
