Seriously I recommend the alfa 500w usb adapter works out of the box with long range.
I'm satisfied with my wusb54gc, but the alpha is definitely the Rolls Royce of cards

WPN311 PCI worked for me, Monitor and packet injection. Although I wouldn't feel to confident using the BT drivers I think there 3.2 or even 3.1 Madwifi drivers, Anyway installing drivers to Linux is almost as easy as installing them on a Microshaft PC
