kded: ERROR: KUniqueApplication: Registering failed!

Hey!
Ive tired both the live cd and DVD (checksums are fine)
I cant use MS Virtual PC 2007 (crashs - cant get pass the boot menu (just blacks out))

VirtualBox is ok...
but I cant run startx or flux
(see screen shots)

Any ideas why!?
