    Well I found the problem with this exact model, but no one seems to know how to fix it.

    I have an acer 5720-4643. (dual core T2330. 1.6Ghz) I do not have a problem booting up. But I do have a problem trying to access my bt3 partition using konqueror.

    Is that the model with the Intel Graphics Accelerator? Mine is with Intel Core 2 Duo T7100 (1.80GHz) and ATI Radeon HD X2300.

    Mine has the mobile intel(r) 965 express chipset family (intel graphics media accelerator driver for mobile.)

    mine has the hd2300 from ati
    rest are the same specs as CodliX exept my cpu is 1.66Ghz

    So my best guess is that this is a system failure with the ATI, probably the ACPI too

    Well now ive tried and i get the excakt same error i have the 7720G which is with a 8600m gt so i doubt it is the GFX blocking im gonna try stop mine auto detecting and ill try to pin point whats stopping mine from booting...
