in the picture of the chip board,
i can see a uFL connector.
can i just get the ufl to rp-sma female coax cable and just plug it in,
will it work?
seems much easier than soldering

Initially I had the same idea. But there were some articles I read from the Internet that the connector is not actually a uFL connector. Can't remember where I read that from though... I had also tried looking for a connector which fits, but I couldn't find it around my place. Seriously I ain't an expert in this, hence maybe you would like to try using the rp-sma female cable and advise us whether it works? Definitely it will be much simpler compared to soldering.
