First run the apache service httpd & test using firefox that its running
second goto backtrack menu->services->beef->setup beef
it will ask for password and will setup files & folders in /var/www/htdocs with the folder name beef.
then goto
http://192.168.1.4/beef
and setup the parameters IP & config password
then after finishing you will be redirected to
http://192.168.1.4/beef/ui
that's all

I`ve done exactly the sam but I still get the same,..any further help?

netstat -ant it should listen on port 80.if its all correct find /var/www/htdocs and see there should be beef folder and I am not sure whether script block in firefox is creating problem in this.better turn that add-on off untill you are testing.

Yes the nestat -ant work as it should, and i tryed to turn off all add-ons too, and i still have the same problem, I have tried to open it with opera, the same problem, I`m really confused,...
