We're not saying you CAN"T learn it, it's just easier to get familiar with another linux distro first. BT is not for someone who doesn't know linux. BT assumes you have some previous linux knowledge. The people that DID learn linux on BT didn't just rely on the forums. They used books, google, online tutorials, and the forum was just sort of a backup. If you dont have the prerequisites in place, then there is no point in continuing.
