It may just be me, but I've tried from two different locations to hit up some of the forums.r-e links in the guide, and the site appears to be down.

If that is the case and it has now gone permanent, it may be a good idea to update the guide to point to new locations or include code etc. directly.

It's been intermittent for me. I usually check it quickly with Down for everyone or just me?
If it's down you can try and access the data with google's cache.
