Looking for tools...
On slashdot this morning I read about SipTap and a "university toolkit". Anyone know where to find these? I looked for Siptap, and obviously the "university toolkit" has an unknown name, but at least SipTap looks interesting.

SIPtap is a proof-of-concept by Peter Cox (if I understand correctly), however I don't believe any code or executable has been released yet.
