    Default Firefox starting when logged in

    Hey,

    I've just installed BT4 to harddrive and now when i log in firefox automatically starts.

    How can i stop it?

    Close all windows including firefox, then log out and then log in again :-)

    Hi,

    default settings of your KDE3 preserves application state and under normal circumstances any application
    you left open after logout will be opened again, next time you start X11 (just have a look in your ~/.kde3/cache-{your-hostname}).
    Anything you add to the ~/.kde3/Autostart will be also started any time you start KDE.

    The global preserve config KDE3 setting can be changed: Settings > Control Center > KDE Components > Session Manager
    On Login: Restore previous session
