I guess that I would have to buy new netowrk card...
Hello!
I need some help, so if you can help me, it would be great.
I have a little problem. BT2 can't recognize my network card, Realtek 8139D PCI Fast Ethernet. Is there any possibility to make this "thing" work? Any?
I guess that I would have to buy new netowrk card...
Maybe you could be a little more vague, because "BT2 can't recognize my network card" is definately way too much info for us.
I'm a compulsive post editor, you might wanna wait until my post has been online for 5-10 mins before quoting it as it will likely change.
I know I seem harsh in some of my replies. SORRY! But if you're doing something illegal or posting something that seems to be obvious BS I'm going to call you on it.
Ok, sorry, but what can I say more. When I start BT2, I can only see local loopback(lo) interface, and my network card is plugged. There is no eth0. I can't find dirver for free on the Internet for my card.
According to google it's a card to avoid under linux:

I suppose you could try:

There's more out there, practice your google'fu

Ok, thank you very much, I'll try this as soon as possible. If I don't make it, I will buy a new network card.
Best regards!
