I'm a compulsive post editor, you might wanna wait until my post has been online for 5-10 mins before quoting it as it will likely change.
I know I seem harsh in some of my replies. SORRY! But if you're doing something illegal or posting something that seems to be obvious BS I'm going to call you on it.
If i knew anything, i'd look for a page devoted to the logo minus the hole in the middle (cd labels) on the offensive-security bt2 wiki. The only info that might point to the kind of definitive ownership as requested in the OP is a -sleepless tag at the end of the cd label intro section.Hmmmm that seems like something that should be covered on the wiki
I can't get my hands on a nice large version of graphic itself without digging into the iso, a few weeks ago, google didn't know much about it either. Apparently the wiki search doesn't know much either.

Related to my earlier post, where can i dig out the high res image of the dragon logo? Or is there a link that's still up?
I think i found a reference to it in a news post from early last year, but the link was dead when i tried it.
A third party security audit is the IT equivalent of a colonoscopy. It's long, intrusive, very uncomfortable, and when it's done, you'll have seen things you really didn't want to see, and you'll never forget that you've had one.
not quite, i think that the silhouette is the dragon from the logo, but there's additional work done to it.

Those are the general gist of what i believe to be the bt2 logo.
I also wanted to use the logo, anyone found out who the creator is yet?
