    Default What does this mean??

I was following the How-to on WEP when I came to the command and recieved this message..

    Code:
    bt ~ # aireplay-ng -1 0 -e Wireless1 -a 00:14:6C:7F:1E:86 -h 00:11:22:33:44:55 eth1
IPW2200-sysfs does not support non-data injection, so attack 1 is not supported
    Not good right?

It means you need to read more on what attacks work with ipw2200....

i remember seeing a post on how to do injection attacks with an ipw2200.

But i didn't feel like recompiling the kernel that day so i kept using my d-link usb sticks.

Its quite handy to keep multiple wireless cards attached to a system and i'd recommend it even if you have a built in injection capable.

You never know when you might need to throw your card into monitoring mode during a routine session.

Also: 1 modified bt2 cd + 1 usb card + nearly any laptop handy = mobile wifi security audit platform.
