Problem with my wi fi adapter- hard to find drivers

So recently I bought an adapter for Wi-fi - Linksys wusb54gc v3.The problem is that I do not find the correct drivers for the adapter.I heard that v3 is very new and i also don't know if it is even possible to run it into backtrack.If you have suggestions - express freely, and if you have the correct drivers could you please provide a link or attachment.
Only drove it into monitor mode, but I needed a driver to support fragmentation attack, with which i want to test my home network for educational purposes.

I have laptop Dell 1525 with Dell Wireless 1395 WLAN Mini-Card.. backtrack can not find my wireless when I write airmon-np... I need a special driver or sometshi like that?
I need a special wireless??
